Time to clear out the winer cobwebs and find the spring in your step! The spring season is a wonderful time to shift gears, transition out of winter, and allow our body to move towards the more energetic summer months.
Between holiday food, long and dark days, and the coldness of winter, our bodies can feel more contracted and heavy. As we move into spring, it’s a wonderful time to bring in some movement, fresh air, and seasonal food to help us lift our energy fo the summertime.
This program gives you the opportunity to clear your body and mind, improving mood, sleep, and energy. Previous participants have noticed how they feel rejuvenated and invigorated in alignment with spring and ready for summer to kick off!

Winter can leave us with the residue of heavier holiday foods, and lack of motivation from dark skies and staying indoors for longer periods.
This program will help you reset your hormones, gut health, and nervous system so that you can enjoy the lighter faster energy of spring and summer to get out and enjoy the seasons!
Spring brings us fresh, light produce like kale, spinach, radishes, and asparagus along with strawberries and more berries to come! It’s a great time to pull in these lighter foods and help the body adapt to the season.
