Most social work and counselor state boards accept CE trainings from NBCC Approved Continuing Education Providers. Many medical providers needing CME credits can also utilize NBCC approved CE’s that count towards their CME’s. Check with your state board to confirm.

Therapeutic Insights for Perimenopause & Menopause: Hormones, Mental Health, and Holistic Support
This three-hour continuing education course will explore the intersection of female hormonal changes, adrenal health, and mental health during the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. Therapists will gain a foundational understanding of the biochemistry behind shifts in estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol regulation, and how these changes can influence mood, cognition, sleep, and overall emotional well-being. In addition to reviewing the physiological underpinnings, the course will provide holistic nutrition strategies, preventative wellness approaches, and practical tools therapists can use to support women in this stage of life.
