This fall, pause and ground yourself with a unique 10-day wellness journey beginning with a full-day retreat at a serene farm space. Through gentle yoga, mindful nature connection, nourishing meals, and group coaching, you’ll gain tools for physical renewal and mental clarity. Over the following 10 days, you’ll receive guided nutritional resources, mindfulness practices, and supportive group Zoom calls to help you integrate sustainable wellness routines. For providers, this experience also offers 6 hours of continuing education (CE) credit.

For a rejuvenating day retreat followed by 10 days of virtual support.

Dietary needs will be provided for the day of the retreat and all Menu plans and recipes provided can be individualized to your health needs and dietary preferences.

Here’s what you’ll get when you enroll in the Vibrant Retreat & Reset:

  • This year, we’re introducing a powerful new format: a full-day in-person retreat experience followed by 10 days of virtual support and integration.

    ✨ Your Journey Includes:

    • Opening Retreat Day (7 hours, in-person at a beautiful farm retreat space):

      • Gentle yoga to reconnect with body and breath

      • A mindful walk in nature to ground and restore

      • A nourishing seasonal lunch provided

      • Group coaching and individual reflection on your wellness needs at this seasonal transition

      • A talk on nutritional wellness for optimal reset and energy

    • 10-Day Guided Reset Program (virtual):

      • Nutritional guidance, menu plans, and seasonal recipes delivered daily

      • Mindfulness videos and practices to cultivate calm and focus

      • Two live Zoom coaching calls for accountability, guidance, and community conne

This is what you'll get time to reflect on in the group coaching during the retreat.

The shorter, darker days of winter are coming, a time when many of us experience more irritability, sadness, lack of motivation, anxiety, fatigue, and a general case of the blahs. And we’re coming off of the higher energy of summer.

This program will help you reset your mental energy, hormones, gut health, and nervous system so that winter settles in with easy and joy.

The summer season is full of light and activity. With fall can come a slower pace, and it’s the perfect time to re-think our meals and our body’s needs so that we can head into the winter reflective season in peace. 

Let’s enjoy the reflective nature of the season and detoxing from everything life has thrown at you this year.

The webinars and group support will occur from Oct. 4th-13th, 2025.

You will get all info upon enrollment, including meal plans, mindfulness and detox support, so you can start planning.
